Our Studio
Pangaea Studios consists of ±47 acres of fenced property on the southern edge of the Atlanta Metropolitan District. With ±95,092 square feet of sound stage space and ±240,055 square feet of office and production space, Pangaea Studios is one of the few large-scale production facilities located in close proximity to the activity and business center of a major city.
Additionally, unlike most film studio developments taking place in the Atlanta area, Pangaea Studios is not subject to zoning restrictions for new expansions or various city-imposed restrictions, allowing greater creative license of site that cannot be found anywhere else in Metro Atlanta.

We’ve Expanded!
Pangaea Studios acquired what was previously Greater St. Stephen Church and Changing A Generation Campus Excess land. The school campus is the current home of Atlanta Achievers Academy (ages 6 months - 8 years) and remains on the property to continue providing its important services to the local community.
The church property is being transformed into a state of the art production facility, with a sound stage and production offices. The stage measures 24,497 sq ft and the adjoining office space has a combined total of 69,900 sq ft.

The site is located in the Greenbriar neighborhood of southwestern Atlanta. Ideally located on the east side of Atlanta’s Perimeter Highway (Interstate-285) and stretching from Langford Parkway, the property is in close proximity to the world’s busiest airport, downtown Atlanta and the entertainment districts of Buckhead and Midtown.
